Kenting is a picturesque seaside town, and there are many bars playing music overnight, night markets stretching along the seashore, sunshine, and winds, and houses and restaurants that feature in the tropical seas. Coming to Kenting, you feel like it’s in Haiwai, not Taiwan. Around in Kenting, it is the best way to hire a scooter or motorbike (if you have an international driver’s license, Taiwan driver’s license) for a taste of the sea. Getting to Kenting

If you want to go to Kenting, firstly, you need to get to Kaohsiung (Kaohsiung). From Taipei, take the HSR to Kaohsiung, remember to stop at Zouying Station, about 1hour 30 minutes.

From Zuoying Station, take Kuo Kuang bus or Kenting Express to Kenting, about 15-16 dollars.

Going alone or walking 2 people: Renting motorbikes or trams around Kenting.

Family or a large group: It is more expensive to get a taxi than to rent a car (driver) to go to the attractions in Kenting. Underwater activities, swimming

Baishawan is famous not only in Taiwan but also for tourists who want to visit Taiwan. The beach is not too long, not too wide, but it is the most beautiful beach in Kenting. No one has come here to ignore this place.

If you fall in love with flying, go to South Bay. Beaches can be bathed; you also can also paddle Kayak and can dive into the sea to see the other things. More luxury, you can rent rooms in Southbay right before the dawn of swimming, play, but the price will certainly more expensive than if you are in the center of Kenting.

There is also a harbor called Houbihu, a paradise for water sports fans with a variety of activities such as fishing, motorboating, coral reefs … as well as followers of fresh seafood and good price.

Kenting National Park

What is Kenting National Park? The first thing is a white Eluanbi lighthouse nestled on the green grassy hill. Our Taiwanese tour experience – Kenting is confident to say that there is a coastal hiking trail with immense beautiful sea scenery for a team to take photos.

Kenting National Park (Eluanbi Park) is open from 7 am to 5:30 pm with an entrance fee of 40NT / person.( about 1,3 dollars).

National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium

The National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium is located close to the coast, Taiwan’s largest marine, and a marine museum. Oceanographic Museum is divided into 3 areas: Waters of Taiwan, Coral Kingdom Pavilion and Waters of the World. The most interesting is the 84m long postern in Coral Kingdom Pavilion, visitors can see the life of fish and shrimp right under the ocean.

If still not cool, you should stay in the Oceanographic course once. Each person with a cushion, a pillow, and a blanket, want to find where to watch your favorite fish, then go to sleep. All night, you can watch fish swim overhead.

The South of Taiwan
