The first day of the trip to Taipei – Hualien – Kaohsiung, you should go all the famous places in the inner city by MRT. First, buy an Easy Card (6 dollars, including about 3 dollars available) to get to the city by MRT.

The Observatory Taipei 101: Set your foot on the Observatory Taipei 101 to observe the panoramic view of Chinese Taipei
