Casa Mariquit – The wooden house of the former Philippine vice president
At first glance, the house is like any other house in Iloilo, but this place has long years old. Casa Mariquit was built in 1803 by Ramon Javellana. Later, it became the home of his granddaughter, Mariquit, and her husband Fernando Lopez, who was vice president of the Philippines in the 1950s.
