Mr Joe Crispy Pork (Bib Gourmand)
This eatery is also known as Guay Jub Mr Joe. The rice noodles blended in the broth with their own recipe are considered the “signature” dish of this shop. You notice, at eateries, restaurants, dishes with the word “signature”, it is the best and most special dish.
The rice noodles is also served with roasted pork belly, which is also called “moo krob”, the crispy skin part but the meat and fat are very fragrant and soft. The diners are addicted to this dish mainly as the way Mr. Joe tastes the spices for the broth and the way they roasted pieces of pork. Most of the diners coming here have to order more a plate of roasted meat. A little sour and sour vinegar, green onion and spicy hot peppers will make you can not forget this flavor.
