Sentosa island guide: How to get to Sentosa?
Located about 6-7 km from the center of Singapore, however, due to being the main play area, the transportation here is very convenient, especially for those who love solo travel. There are two main ways to getting to Sentosa Island from central Singapore: You can traveling to Sentosa by Sentosa Express (a monorail line that connects Sentosa Island to HarbourFront) on the Singapore mainland across the waters at Vivo City for $4/one way, or you can walk and take the bus to reach the island, but you must pay $1 (entrance ticket) to enter the island. In addition, on the island there are trams to traveling between locations, especially, they are totally free.

Take the MRT to HarbourFront then go to the L3 floor of Vivo City, from here you can catch Sentosa Express to getting to the island (single ticket price is 4 SGD, if you have EZLink, you can use, no need to buy tickets. Sentosa Express is quite fast, takes about 3-5 minutes to reach the island.
By cable car
