Meiji Jingu Gaien Park – The origin of so deep autumn photos
Referring to the Meiji Jingu Gaien park is referring to the legendary 300 meters long of Icho Namiki avenue (also known as Jingu Gaien Ginkgo Avenue) with two rows of very high ginkgo trees on both sides, one of the most beautiful roads in the world, the setting of many famous movies. Showa Memorial Park (Showa Kinen Park)
Showa Park is about 30 minutes by train from central Tokyo. In autumn, the leaves here often change color a few weeks earlier than central Tokyo. This is one of the best autumn spots in Tokyo for those who visit Tokyo in early autumn, when the leaves in the city have not yet turned yellow.
The park more than 160 hectares, with trams connecting different areas of the park, the tram ticket is 320 JPY ($3.04)/trip. Or you can rent a bicycle to getting around the park for 410 JPY ($3.09)/3 hours or 520 JPY($4.94)/day.
It is best to make a schedule for a full day if you intend to visit this park, because there are many places to visit here. Located in Tachikawa, you will take about 30 minutes by train from central Tokyo, Showa Kinen Park is the world of lakes, amusement parks and attractions. In November, you can easily find red leaf trees in every corner of this park. It is an ideal place for admiring autumn leaves. Besides, right at the main entrance, only a few steps away you will encounter a road covered by yellow ginkgo leaves. The best time to see fall foliage is from early November to early December.

Mount Takao (Takaosan)
This is the ideal place to trekking to see yellow, red and orange leaves in autumn in Tokyo. From Takao Mountain, you can observe Tokyo City and Mount Fuji. Trekking time to the mountain about 2 hours. There is also a cable car or lift service if you want to leisurely to watch scenery. The best time to view red leaves is from mid-November to the end of November.
