Every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 PM, the Dragon bridge will have the interesting breathing fire and water performance. During these time, the bridge blocks the traffic in order to prepare for the Dragon’s breathing fire and water. Therefore, you can go along the streets, find a street vendor to drink something and watch the Dragon, it will be most perfect.

Han River swing bridge

Han River bridge is built with the axis on Bach Dang street, connecting Hai Chau district and Son Tra district, this swing bridge is the pride of Danang people. The bridge is beautifully sparkling with light and striking in Danang city when the night falls. The special feature is every night, the bridge swings 90 degrees on its axis to allow big ships passing. Starting from October 14th 2015, People’s Committee of Danang city announced to officially adjust the swinging time of Han River Bridge so it swings at an earlier hour and the residents and visitors can conveniently admire the swinging bridge.

According to the announcement, Han River bridge swings from 11:00 PM to 0:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday every week (1 hour earlier than before). At the same time, traffic is stopped 15 minutes before when the bridge starts to swing to when it finish swinging.

Hoa Trung lake

Hoa Trung lake is in the Hoa Lien commune (Hoa Vang, Danang) 20 km away from the city center, is considered as Tibetan steppes in Danang with large lustrous green lawns surrounding this man-made lake.

This is a great place for you to experience “thuyen doc moc” (it’s like a dugout canoe or a pitpan used especially in Central America). Thuyen doc moc is made from people feeding fish in cage. They use this type of boat to visit the fish cages, to move on the lake.

Tuy Loan ancient village

The ancient village is located in Hoa Phong commune, Hoa Vang district, 15 km away from Danang city center. Tuy Loan ancient village has been over 500 years olfd. Coming to this village, you shouldn’t miss the chance to try famous specialties such as rice paper (banh trang) and Quang noodles (my Quang) of Danang.

Nam O reef

Nam O reef is a pretty new tourist attraction with visitors because in most of the trips to explore Danang, there are only few travel companies including Nam O reef in their schedule. However, Nam O reef always intrigues people who have set their foot here. The reef is located about 2 km away to the southeast from the center of Nam O village, Hoa Hiep Nam ward, Lien Chieu district, Danang. Nam O reef has plenty of algae so it becomes the home of many rare species of fish and other seafood.

Con market is the biggest shopping area in Danang city and in the central regions. People come to Con market not only to buy things but this place is also a great tourist attraction of Danang tourism. The market is at the crossroads of Hung Vuong street and Ong Ich Khiem street in Hai Chau II ward, Hai Chau district.

The Love Lock bridge

The bridge is located near the Dragon bridge, on Tran Hung Dao street, Son Tra district. This is also a bridge built to be a wharf for yachts. People can come to the bridge without buying ticket. It has an arc shape with length of 68 meters, width of 6 meters, has direction towards the middle of the river with plenty of space to admire the beauty of Han riverside. In the evening, hundreds of heart-shaped red lanterns are lit with the light reflected on the surface of the river, making the whole area become extremely romantic.
