Jeju 3 days 2 nights itinerary (Jeju 3d2n itinerary) — Day 2: A romantic day in the heart of Jeju Island

Watch the sunrise at Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak early in the morning

Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, also known as “Sunrise Peak”, is a popular destination on Jeju Island. Korean people really love mountaineering activity as a physical exercise on the weekend. So do not be too surprised when you see a lot of people coming to this place for trekking in early morning. Referred to as mountaineering but actually, a road is built leading to the summit of the mountain so it will not take you too much time and effort for this activity.

It would be great if the two of you get up early, go up the wooden steps hand in hand to reach the top of the mountain and watch the sunrise. Such an extremely peaceful and romantic setting. Thinking about it, the two of you holding hands standing on the crater, above is the beautiful view of sunrise, below are the green pastures and the murmur of the waves in the distance. If that’s not romantic, then what is “romantic”?

Drop by Bomnal Café for coffee and watch the ocean

After watching the sunrise and taking photos at Seongsan Ilchulbong, we take each other to Bomnal Café for breakfast, coffee and watching relaxing sea view.

Visit the Aqua Planet Aquarium

Aqua Planet Aquarium is one of Asia’s largest aquariums with over 500 species of marine creatures. We will walk together under the transparent glass tunnel and watch the fish swimming around, and enjoy the incredible underwater performances of professional female divers. Awesomeeee.

Hang out in Tapdong

This is the busiest shopping street in the center of Jeju Island, home to a lot of the most luxurious restaurants and hotels. In the evening, couples can come here to hang out and enjoy the streetview, have dinner or get some snacks at local street food stalls. Otherwise, you can take each other to any restaurant for seafood since the seafood is rather fresh here on the coastal area.

By the way, if you want to buy gifts for your family and friends, Tapdong Street is a great choice because there are numerous shopping centers, souvenir shops and local crafts with a variety of products. .

3 days in Jeju — Day 3: Chill before saying goodbye

Experience wearing Hanbok

Hanbok is a traditional Korean costume. Going to Korea without trying out Hanbok is such a regretful thing to do.

You can rent a Hanbok set at Gogung Hanbok Studio (Jeju) with the price from $14 for 3 hours. This store has a lot of lovely Hanbok costumes for both men and women, so couples often come here to rent Hanbok and take pictures together to keep this memorable moment.

Have fun and shop at Jeju Lotte Duty Free

On the last day, let’s chill out by visiting Jeju Lotte Duty Free right opposite to the Hanbok rental store to shop for duty-free products.

Lotte Duty Free is home to more than 500 famous Korean and universial brands with a variety of products such as clothing, cosmetics, food, products made from renowned ginseng and handicrafts. You must pay this place a visit once before returning to Vietnam. Remember to bring your visa and airline ticket to complete tax refund procedures. And don’t worry, just go shopping as much as you want without concerning about carrying your purchased stuff around because Lotte Duty Free also has a delivery service that will help you transfer them straight to the airport. At your departure, all you need to do is go to the Lotte Duty Free booth at the airport to pick up the goods you have purchased earlier.

See the Seahorse Lighthouse – Iho Tewoo Horse

The Seahorse Lighthouse consists of a red horse-shaped lighthouse and a white horse-shaped lighthouse, which is considered as a new symbol of Jeju Island. Coming here, you can rent a boat to go fishing offshore with experienced fishermen, or walk by the pine trees along the coast and enjoy a fascinating sashimi meal course at a nearby restaurant, which is also a good idea.

I have tried to arrange the locations as close to each other as possible so that you can conveniently travel between them. However, transportation in Jeju is quite limited with only buses and taxis, but these two types of transports operate rather not efficiently so you may have to wait quite a long time for them.
