Not deeply marinated, Cantonese Chicken Rice simply consists of boiled chicken slices (bones are removed) with rice, but the dish is astoundingly flavourful since the chef has seasoned both the meat and the rice. Together with the special sauce that goes with the dish, it is already mouthwatering just by recalling in my mind.
