At first glance, it is just a cake that pouring a thin layer of flour on a hot pan and beating the egg on top and then rolling it up and put into a bag. But what is worth mentioning here is that very special cake flour, just bite the first piece is the taste with coconut milk spurting out along with the greasy taste of eggs, it is so delicious that I cannot utter words, a very specific flavor that only egg pancake of Minglun shop offers.

Offal

Offal with a very different Taiwanese style compares to Vietnam, with meatballs, tofu, sticky rice mixed with blood, hearts and chicken gizzards,… a very rich flavor, without a fishy smell, on the contrary is very fragrant, the colors are very eye-catching, although they seem familiar in Vietnam, the Taiwanese style is also very delicious and stimulates the taste.
