If you traveling to Taipei, you should definitely try pineapple cake. The cake crust is soft (although looks quite firm), pineapple jam inside is so fresh, sweet, very tasty. In my opinion, the quality of the famous pineapple cake bakeries in Taipei is the same, a bit of difference, and the price is the same too. At Ximending street or Raohe market there are also some good pineapple cake bakeries too.
