So, 3 days 3 nights in Pattaya and Bangkok, where we went to as well as things we did, let’s follow in our footsteps.

How to get to Pattaya? (#bangkok pattaya itinerary 3 days)

From Vietnam, we can easily getting to Thailand by air. Currently, there are many airlines operating flights from Vietnam to Thailand. It is easy for you to find cheap tickets for the trip at Google Flights, Kayak or Skyscanner.

However, there is no direct flight from Vietnam to Pattaya, so we chose to land at Don Mueang airport, Bangkok. However, people can also choose to land at Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok. Ticket prices range from 7,000 Baht to 10,000 Baht.

Don Mueang International Airport | bangkok pattaya itinerary 3 days

Talking a little bit about Pattaya, this is a coastal city located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand, in Chon Buri province. It owns many beautiful beaches and unique tourist activities. Pattaya is located about 160km southeast of Bangkok. Therefore, moving from Bangkok to this “city of sleepless nights” is very easy. Here are a few ways we recommend:

Traveling by taxi: This is the type of vehicle that people will take the initiative in time, but the cost is quite expensive. People can catch a taxi at Don Mueang airport for less than 2000 Baht.

Traveling by bus from Mochit bus terminal: Mochit is not a BTS train station, please note this point. From Don Mueang airport, take shuttle bus No. A1 on the ground floor of the airport to Mochit bus station for about 30 Baht. You need to sit until the end of the trip, you will arrive at Mochit bus station. When arriving at the bus station, you will buy tickets to Pattaya, prices range from 124 Baht to 134 Baht. This way of moving will help you save some money, but if you go with a large number, consider it.

Mochit bus terminal

Tip for you: If you want to save money, it is best to choose the way from Suvarnabhumi airport, if you want to save travel time but you have plenty of money, you should go by taxi.

Let’s go back to Vietnam

The next day, we took some time to rest a bit after a bit of a rough night. 12am we checked out and walked around the shopping centers to buy some gifts and prepare to go to the airport to return to Vietnam after 3 days visiting Thailand. For me, Thailand is a country where perhaps you go to many times you will also find it hard to get bored, because it seems that every year Thailand will have countless new places sprouting up, and they gradually become phenomena tourist objects not only for Thailand but also for international tourists. However, the places that have existed for a long time in Thailand still have an attraction for tourists who have been to Thailand like me. Hopefully, my experiences in Pattaya and Bangkok will give you more interesting places and a different itinerary on your next Thailand trip.
