On an occasion near the Lunar New Year, my trip to Spain was more successful than I could imagine when traveling down to the South of Spain was friendly, low cost and quite safe. But the most successful thing of the trip is enjoyed the extremely delicious cuisine of the city of Seville – or Sevilla in Spanish – the capital of the Andalusia region. After spending 4 days and 3 nights in Seville, I researched on foreign culinary websites and discovered the following restaurants that I wanted to share with you. So, are you planning a trip to Seville — the birthplace of Falamenco, but still don’t know what and where to eat in Seville yet? Let’s check out our suggested top places to eat in Seville (top restaurants in Seville), must eat places in Seville, best place to eat in Seville Spain among best restaurants in Seville to help you figure out. Must eat places in Seville: La Brunilda — Exceptional Modern Tapas
I have to use the word EXCEPTIONAL for La Brunilda because this is the restaurant that made me stop by 2 times to eat 5 dishes of the restaurant. I had the opportunity to eat tapas dishes including duck confit with creamy carrot puree, foie gras with poached pear, salad with goat cheese, fish with truffle cream sauce, beef tenderloin and baked potatoes. All dishes range from delicious to excellent. Don’t forget to order an extra glass of sweet sherry to make your meal more delicious!
The biggest minus point of the restaurant is that the shop is very crowded and the opening time is limited from 2PM to 4PM, from 8:30PM to 10:30PM, weekdays, except Sunday. You should come 15 minutes before the restaurant opens to find a good seat avoid waiting, if you are slow to get a number, it will take at least 40 minutes to get a table. But believe me, this is a good place to eat, value for money and your waiting time.
- Taste: * * * * * (5-star) as exclaimed and praised many times above, you must try, among the 5 dishes I used, you should order duck confit and foie gras with poached pear!
- Price: * * * * * (5-star) The prices of the above dishes may sound luxurious, but the most expensive dish is beef for only 6.90 euros and also enough full. But because I like it so much, I order 2 – 3 dishes/each meal to try it out.
- Space: * * * * (4-star) the shop is a bit small and it’s already crowded after 10 minutes after opening, so it’s better if the space is bigger.
- Service: * * * * * (5-star) although the restaurant is crowded, the service is very fast and dedicated.

Best place to eat in Seville Spain: Chifa — Interesting Japanese – Spanish Fusion Cuisine
Chifa is located in a deserted part of the city, but it has extremely interesting cuisine, combining Spanish ingredients like Iberico pork into Japanese dishes. I highly recommend Nguiris dish (like rice rolls) that use Spanish ingredients and sauces. On the web, there was a suggestion that I should try ceviche, but I feel that after eating, the taste is not very suitable for Vietnamese people.
- Taste: * * * * (4-star) low score because the ceviche is not good, but a plus point for the rice rolls.
- Price: * * * (3-star) The price of the dishes is a bit expensive from 7 euros for a part of rice rolls.
- Space: * * * * * (5-star) the restaurant has 2 floors, the space is very comfortable because it’s not too crowded.
- Service: * * * * * (5-star) The plus point is that the service is very cute even though she can’t speak English.

Best restaurants in Seville: Maquila — Excellent micro craft beer pub and brewery
The famous beer in Spain is Cruzcampo, however, you can try the home-made beer at Maquila to change a taste. I already read about it and after eating at Chifa, I stopped by here to drink because the two places are quite close to each other. Online reviewers praised the restaurant has good food, but I only tried their own beer which cost 3 euros/small glass, quite high, because the glass is really small. Unfortunately, the shop only has 2 craft beers, but both are quite normal compared to the craft beers in Vietnam. If you crave beer, this is a good choice, but it’s okay if you don’t want to try.
- Taste: * * * (3-star)
- Price: * * * (3-star)
- Space: * * * * * (5-star) the shop is pretty and the space is quite rustic in decoration, you will like it if you sit for a long time.
- Service: * * * * * (5-star) it seems that every restaurant serving is cute.

Cafeteria Pastelería La Canasta — Delicious Sandwich Shop
This is a shop I just stopped by accidentally, but the shop’s flute pastry, or bread stick, is delicious. You should order the bread type called ’10 seeds’ will be the best and the price is only from 2.50 euros for a bread stick, but the inside can be salmon, Iberico pork is very delicious. Located very close to the Seville cathedral, so you can stop by to try other cakes.
- Taste: * * * * * (5-star) very delicious, the bread is crispy outside and the meat inside is also quality.
- Price: * * * * (4-star) good price compared to pastry quality but minus 1 star because sitting at the table will cost more than 50 cents, sitting at the bar will reduce the price.
- Space: * * * * * (5-star) beautiful shop with large space, with a view overlooking the whole green park.
- Service: * * * (3-star) big minus point because it takes a long time to order, it takes a long time to pay, and self-catering is very tired.

A 2-min walk from Seville Cathedral
Below are restaurants and their dishes I didn’t have time to try, because I have to spent time to visit tourist attractions, but they are all the shops I researched online in advance and found they receive many good reviews. You can find them and try a meal.
- Freiduría La Isla has delicious fried fish (Address: Calle García de Vinuesa, 13, 41001 Sevilla, Spain).
- Taberna Álvaro Peregil has good orange wine and rumored snacks too (Address: Calle Mateos Gago, 22, 41004 Sevilla, Spain).
- Cañabota restaurant has delicious and quality seafood (Address: Calle Orfila, 3, 41003 Sevilla, Spain).
- Casa Ricardo this restaurant is famous for its best Iberico ham (Address: Calle Hernán Cortés, 2, 41002 Sevilla, Spain).
- Contenedor restaurant was praised but needed to book a table in advance by phone, so I didn’t visit (Address: Calle San Luis, 50, 41003 Sevilla, Spain).
- Mariatrifulca is a restaurant with a romantic river view and it seems expensive, so I didn’t go because I was traveling alone, because I think you should don’t dining at a romantic restaurant alone, haha?
